1. Digital Products – No Cancellation
• All products sold on Boney.in are primarily digital products (including downloadable files, databases, digital resources, and online tools).
• Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. No Refund Policy
• Due to the nature of digital products:
- All sales are final
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
• This includes (but is not limited to):
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Incompatibility with user requirements
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Delay in using or accessing the product by the customer

3. Product Access & Delivery Issues
A refund will NOT be provided in the following cases:
• The product has been successfully delivered via email, download link, or dashboard access
• The user fails to download or access the product after delivery
• Issues caused by incorrect email ID or contact details provided by the customer
If you face any genuine delivery issue, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase so we can assist with access.

4. Duplicate Payments
• In case of a duplicate payment due to a technical error:
- The excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
- Proof of duplicate transaction may be required

5. Fraudulent or Chargeback Attempts
• Any attempt to:
- Raise false chargebacks
- Dispute legitimate transactions
- Misuse payment systems
may result in:
- Account suspension
- Permanent access termination
- Legal action if required

6. Physical Products (If Applicable in Future)
If physical products are sold in the future:
• Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed after product inspection
• Shipping charges will be non-refundable unless the error is from our side
